What is Instant Claims?
To begin your instant claims process, simply enter your Ghana Card Number in the field provided. Click Verify Claims Card to confirm your identity and ensure your policy details are correctly linked.
Once verified, click Continue to proceed to the next step.

To validate your policy as part of the instant claims process, simply enter your policy number in the field provided (e.g., OMEPX0000).
Click Validate Policy Number to confirm your policy details and ensure they are correctly registered in the system.
Once your policy is successfully validated, click Continue to proceed to the next step.

Once your policy number is validated, your policy details will be displayed for confirmation. Review your personal and policy information, including the policy type, insured name, contact number, premium, and claimable amount.
Ensure all the information is accurate, then click Continue to proceed to the next step.

To complete your claims form, review the additional information displayed, including the claim type, claim ID, and expected amount.
Select your preferred payment method under Payment Option, in this case, Mobile Money. Next, choose your Purpose and enter the Amount you wish to withdraw. Then, select your Mobile Network and input your Mobile Number to receive the payout.
Once all fields are filled accurately, click Continue to proceed.

Congratulations! Your claim has been successfully submitted and is being processed. A unique reference number will be displayed. Make sure to take note of it (e.g., 4007) for any future follow-ups.

Yes, the Instant Claims service is specifically for partial withdrawals of GH₵3,000 and below. For claims exceeding this amount, please use our standard claim or contact us directly on 030 7000 600 or visit one of our branches.

Yes, a 2% processing fee is charged on the amount being claimed. This fee is automatically deducted from the payout during the claims process.
